A vehicle-loadable CT device (10), comprising: a scanning mechanism (100), a fixing frame mechanism (200), and a bed board mechanism (300). The scanning mechanism (100) comprises: a scanner gantry (110), an X-ray source (120), and a digital imaging plate (130). The scanner gantry (110) extends along a first direction. The X-ray source (120) and the digital imaging plate (130) are oppositely provided inside the scanner gantry (110). The fixing frame mechanism (200) comprises: a first bed frame holder (210) and a second bed frame holder (220) respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the scanner gantry (110). The bed board mechanism (300) comprises a bed board (310). Two ends of the bed board (310) are respectively connected to the first bed frame holder (210) and the second bed frame holder (220). The bed board (310) can rotate freely about a central axis thereof that is parallel to the first direction. The above mechanisms can maximally reduce required space, so as to facilitate loading a CT device into a vehicle, thereby enabling a timely CT scan to be performed on a patient to obtain a scan result in a fastest way.
