Abstract:
This vehicle location management method involves: granting information acquisition authority, which constitutes the right to receive support information which is helpful in driving a vehicle (5), when upload information which includes marker identification information identifying a detected magnetic marker (10) is acquired from the vehicle (5) side, which is capable of detecting magnetic markers (10) installed in a road, and providing support information to the vehicle (5) which has been granted the information acquisition authority; and identifying and managing the location of the vehicle (5) to which the upload information pertains, on the basis of the installation position of the magnetic marker (10) identified by the marker identification information included in the upload information.
