Abstract:
A vehicle management system for managing a plurality of vehicles used by a plurality of users. Said vehicle management system is provided with the following: a use management means that accepts a vehicle-use reservation from a user, sets one of a plurality of managed parking spaces as a return-accepting space to which the reserved vehicle reserved by the user can be returned after being used, and uses said return-accepting space to set a planned return location that serves as a destination for the reserved vehicle; and a use determination means that determines when use of the reserved vehicle has started. When the use determination means determines that use of the reserved vehicle has started, the use management means sets, as the abovementioned return-accepting space, the parking space in which the reserved vehicle was parked before departing.
