Abstract:
A vehicle master device (11) is provided with: an installation condition determination unit (77a) for determining whether all of a first condition that a user consent relating to an installation is acquired, a second condition that data communication can be performed with a center device (3), a third condition that a vehicle is in an installation possible state, a fourth condition that a rewrite subject ECU (19) is in an installation possible state, and a fifth condition that update data is normal data are established or not; and an installation instruction unit (77b) for instructing the rewrite subject ECU to perform an installation using the update data in the case where the installation condition determination unit determines that all of the first condition, the second condition, the third condition, the fourth condition, and the fifth condition are established.
