An index display part (50) displays a real image of a plurality of indexes (52) arranged in a circumferential direction to a viewing side. A light source part (30) emits directional light. A drive part (20) rotationally drives the light source part in the circumferential direction. A pointer display part (10) has a transmission display area (140) which is disposed on the viewing side of the index display part and transmits the display of the real image of the respective indexes therethrough. Reflection surfaces (150) and connection surfaces (151) which are alternately arranged in a radial direction and are connected to each other are formed on a display surface (11) on the viewing side at least in the transmission display area. The pointer display part reflects the light emitted from the light source part to the viewing side by the respective reflection surfaces to thereby display a virtual image of a rotary pointer (18) that extends in the radial direction and points to an index. The widths in the radial direction of the reflection surface and the connection surface are limited to the resolution of the eye of a viewer or lower.
