Abstract:
A vehicle micro-actuator applied to an automotive fuel tank cover or a charging box cover, the vehicle micro-actuator comprising a shell (1), wherein the shell (1) is divided into a motor cavity (2) and a lock cavity (3), the motor cavity (2) is internally provided with an electric locking assembly, the electric locking assembly sequentially comprises a motor (4), a transmission assembly and a locking member (5) from top to bottom, a manual locking assembly is arranged in the locking cavity (3), the manual locking assembly sequentially comprises a rotating push rod (6), a drive sleeve (7) and a rotating sleeve (8) from top to bottom, the locking member (5) comprises a locking base (9) located in the motor cavity (2), a lock tongue (10) for locking the rotating sleeve (8), and a hook arm (11) for connecting the locking base part (9) and the lock tongue (10), an aisle (12) matching the hook arm (11) is arranged between the motor cavity (2) and the locking cavity (3), the cavity wall of the locking cavity (3) is provided with a lock hole (13), the aisle (12) is in communication with the lock hole (13), and the lock tongue (10) can pass through the lock hole (13) and form an interference fit with the rotating sleeve (8). Due to the fact that the rotating sleeve (8) is a part of the last ring of the manual locking assembly, the mutual acting force between the lock tongue (10) and the rotating sleeve (8) is relatively small, and the risk of wear and breakage of parts can be effectively reduced.
