Abstract:
A vehicle monitoring device in a vehicle onboard network system provided with one or more electronic control units, said vehicle monitoring device comprising: a frame transmission/reception unit (61) that receives frames passing through the vehicle onboard network system; and a trust score calculation unit (63) that, on the basis of a frame received by the frame transmission/reception unit (61) and vehicle data including information regarding one or more frames received by the frame transmission/reception unit (61) prior to receiving said frame, detects suspicious behavior differing from normal driving behavior, and on the basis of the detection result, calculates a trust score indicating the possibility that reverse engineering is being performed on a vehicle (200) that has the vehicle onboard network system installed therein.
