Abstract:

Provided is a vehicle monitoring system (1000), comprising: a control device (10) which implements a monitor image generating function which generates a monitoring image wherein captured images from cameras (1) which are installed along either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction of an exterior periphery of a body of a vehicle (V) are positioned according to the order of installation of the cameras (1), a mapping information adding function which adds mapping information to the monitoring image to project a generated monitor image (K) on a projection screen (S) which is set in a lateral surface of a projection model (M) of a columnar body which has a mounting surface of the vehicle (V) as a bottom face, and a transmission function which transmits the information including the monitor image (K) to which the mapping information is added to an external terminal device (800); a communication device (400); and the external terminal device (800).
