Disclosed is a vehicle motion control device provided with a curve shape acquiring means (2) for acquiring the shape of the curve in front of a vehicle, a vehicle position acquiring means (3) for acquiring the position of the vehicle, and a vehicle motion control computing means (4) for computing a front/rear acceleration command value to be applied to the vehicle on the basis of the aforementioned shape of the curve and the position of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle motion control computing means (4) computes multiple differing negative front/rear acceleration command values from before the vehicle enters the curve to when the vehicle begins travelling in the curve and when the vehicle travels to a point in which the curve curvature remains constant or reaches a maximum value. As a consequence, it is possible to provide a vehicle motion control device such that the vehicle is accelerated or decelerated while maintaining a good driver feeling even when the vehicle does not have any lateral motion.
