Abstract:
A vehicle-mounted broadcast reception device (1) mounted in a vehicle and capable of receiving multiple broadcasts, and equipped with: a viewing determination unit (4) that determines whether a sports game is being viewed by means of a first broadcast; a team determination unit that determines whether a participating team in the sports game is the a team of interest to the user; a search unit (4) that searches for a second broadcast broadcasting the same sports game as the sports game being watched; and a switching unit (4) that, when a participating team in the sports game being viewed is a team of interest to the user, switches to the second broadcast and enables continued viewing of the sports game when the sports game by means of the first broadcast has ended.
