Abstract:
This vehicle-mounted camera device is capable of capturing images toward at least one of the front, rear, and side of a vehicle, and is provided with: a lens; an image capturing element portion for creating a captured image by converting light imaged by the lens into an electrical signal; and, on the side of the surface of incidence of the lens, a light shielding portion for blocking a light beam corresponding to a portion of an image capturing region of the image capturing element portion.
