The present invention discloses a vehicle-mounted charger which combines a radio data system (RDS) antenna and a charging cable into a universal serial bus (USB) plug. Said vehicle-mounted charger includes a power conversion module (101), a charging cable (102) and a charging interface (104); one end of said charging cable (102) is connected with said charging interface, and the other end is jointed with said power conversion module (101); characterized in that the vehicle-mounted charger also includes a RDS receiving antenna (103), one end of which is connected with said charging interface (104); said power conversion module (101) also includes a notch network and a filter circuit used to filter the interference waves which have the same frequency band as the operating frequency of said RDS receiving antenna (103). Adopting said 2 in 1 device of the present invention, comparing with the prior art, not only saves system occupying space and improves the combination universality of distribution device and system etc., but also does not affect the normal operation of the RDS antenna, and therefore saves cost and improves packaging efficiency.
