Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle mounted control apparatus (ECU) comprising a thermal dissipation coating film capable of efficiently dissipating the generated heat from electronic components to the outside of a housing. The vehicle mounted control apparatus comprising a circuit board housed in a housing, electronic components mounted on the circuit board, and the thermal dissipation coating film that is disposed on the electronic components and that dissipates the generated heat of the electronic components, wherein the thermal dissipation coating comprises a resin and thermal dissipation particles that dissipate heat, The vehicle mounted control apparatus is characterized in that the specific gravity of the thermal dissipation particles and the specific gravity of the resin are approximately the same.
