Abstract:
A vehicle-mounted device (40) mounted to a specific vehicle (30) and comprising a communications unit (41), a control unit (42), and an infringement information recording unit (43). The communications unit (41) receives an infringement detection instruction signal (A1) from outside the vehicle, when the specific vehicle (30) enters a prescribed area (60). When the control unit (42) receives an infringement detection instruction signal (A1), the control unit (42) makes a determination regarding the existence of an infringement on the basis of detection information detected by a vehicle state detection unit (31) that detects the state of the specific vehicle (30). The infringement information recording unit (43) records an infringement if a determination has been made that an infringement has occurred.
