Provided are a vehicle-mounted dual-mode integrated seat, a child safety seat, a switching system, and a vehicle. The vehicle-mounted dual-mode integrated seat (1) comprises: a seating portion (3) constructed to be suitable for being installed inside a vehicle; a backrest portion (4) provided with a first backrest part (5) and a second backrest part (6) arranged oppositely, wherein the backrest portion (4) is constructed to be capable of rotating around a longitudinal axis thereof so as to respectively provide a first seating mode where the backrest portion (4) is rotated such that the first backrest part (5) is exposed and forms a seat for an adult with the seating portion (3), and a second seating mode where the backrest portion (4) is rotated such that the second backrest part (6) is exposed and forms, by itself or together with the seating portion (3), a seat for a child. The vehicle-mounted dual-mode integrated seat has numerous advantages, such as being compact in structure, high in safety reliability, and flexible and convenient in terms of installation, arrangement and daily use, and is capable of significantly improving the comfort, integration and safety of the vehicle.
