Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a vehicle-mounted emergency call method and device, used for solving the problems of an emergency rescue centre being unable to acquire an MSD due to the current service state of a wireless network being invalid and the low probability of the emergency rescue centre successfully acquiring an MSD due to a poor wireless network signal. The specific solution comprises: acquiring an MSD; and, when determining that the wireless communication function of a vehicle-mounted eCall apparatus has a fault, sending the MSD to an auxiliary device by means of a near distance communication module, such that the auxiliary device sends the MSD to a server. The embodiments of the present application are used in the process of a vehicle-mounted eCall apparatus issuing an emergency call.
