Abstract:

The objective of the invention is to communicate the content of a specific hazard to a user of a communication terminal. This vehicle-mounted imaging system (1) is provided with a camera (10) which captures a picture of the periphery of a vehicle, an information processing unit (11) which identifies a person and a communication terminal in the captured picture, and a communication unit (12) which sends the captured picture to the communication terminal. The vehicle-mounted imaging system (1) determines the communication terminal appearing in the captured picture, and sends the captured picture to the determined communication terminal by way of a base station device and a network, thereby implementing an image transfer system.
