A vehicle-mounted information display device uses a communication section (12), and in the display device, a label is stowed in a label position information acquiring section (13) and positional information of other vehicles is stowed in an other-vehicle position information acquiring section (14). When a relationship between the position of own vehicle detected by an own-vehicle position detecting section (11) and the position of the label stowed in a label position information acquiring section (13) reaches timing of a predetermined range, a drawing processing section (15) performs drawing processing so as to be able to display not only the positions of the label and the other vehicles but also message contents of the label that reached the timing in the predetermined range.
