Abstract:
Provided are a vehicle-mounted machine, a vehicle communications system, and an arrival direction estimation method. The vehicle-mounted machine causes signals to be transmitted from a plurality of transmission antennas spaced apart on a vehicle and performs processing in accordance with response signals from a mobile device that received the signals. The vehicle-mounted machine comprises: a reception unit that receives response signals via each of a plurality of reception antennas spaced apart on the vehicle; and an estimation unit that estimates the arrival direction of the response signals, on the basis of phase difference between response signals received via each of the plurality of reception antennas.
