This vehicle-mounted operation device (3) is provided with a protrusion (1b) around which operation switches (1a-1 to 1a-4) are arranged and which protrudes further than the operation switches (1a-1 to 1a-4). Simulation images (2a-1 to 2a-4) corresponding to the operation switches (1a-1 to 1a-4) and a simulation image (2b) corresponding to the protrusion (1b) are displayed on a display unit (2A).
