Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle movement controller that improves comfort in a state where a subject vehicle is close to another moving body such as another vehicle around the subject vehicle. The vehicle movement controller is provided with: a traveling planned locus sensing unit for sensing a traveling planned locus along which a vehicle 1 is planned to travel; a moving-body sensing unit for sensing presence of a moving body that is other than said vehicle and that is moving around the locus sensed by the traveling planned locus sensing unit; and a moving-body movement prediction unit for predicting movement of the moving body. On the basis of the traveling planned locus and the movement prediction of the moving-body movement prediction unit, the vehicle movement controller controls acceleration or deceleration or both of the acceleration and deceleration of the vehicle 1.
