Abstract:

Provided is a vehicle name narrow-down device (10) having the following: a display control unit (11) that displays an image showing a subject vehicle of a vehicle name narrow-down process; a user input reception unit (12) that receives user input specifying the length of each of a plurality of characteristic parts of the subject vehicle in the image; and a narrow-down unit (13) that narrows down the name of the subject vehicle on the basis of dictionary data indicating ratios of the lengths of the plurality of characteristic parts of each of a plurality of vehicles, and on ratios of lengths of the plurality of characteristic parts of the subject vehicle specified on the basis of the user input.
