Abstract:
The present invention provides a vehicle object sensing device which can measure distance more accurately than the prior art and which has high redundancy to distance measurement. The present invention is a vehicle object sensing device 100 provided with a first sensing unit 10, a second sensing unit 20, an error quantity calculation unit 30, a correction quantity calculation unit 40, and a distance correction unit 50. The error quantity calculation unit 30 compares distances D1, D1' to the same object sensed by the first sensing unit 10 and the second sensing unit 20 and calculates an error quantity ∆D. The correction quantity calculation unit 40 calculates a correction quantity CAt on the basis of the error quantity ∆D. The distance correction unit 50 corrects distances D1', D2' to the object sensed by the second sensing unit 20 on the basis of the correction quantity CAt.
