Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle operation management system (1), comprising vehicle-side management devices (2-1, 2-1, …) and a center-side management device (3). The vehicle-side management devices (2-1, 2-1, …) further comprise an information transmission unit (10) which, in a normal situation, transmits to the center-side management device (3) vehicle information and low-resolution video information of an image of a driver, and, when the state of the driver is anomalous, transmits to the center-side management device (3) the vehicle information and high-resolution video information of the image of the driver. The center-side management device (3) further comprises an information display unit (26) which displays the video information of the image of the driver which is received from the vehicle-side management devices (2-1, 2-1, …). When the state of the driver is anomalous, the information display unit (26) displays the image of the driver with the video information at a resolution which is standardized to a set value.
