Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a vehicle outer plate panel having a design which can be improved with a simple configuration; and a method for manufacturing the vehicle outer plate panel. A vehicle outer plate panel (100) according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with: a transparent resin plate (1) that is formed into a prescribed shape through pressure molding and is attached to a vehicle so as to constitute an outer wall of a body; and a decorative layer (2) that is formed on at least a part of the transparent resin plate (1) through screen printing such that the transparent resin plate (1) is decorated therewith.
