Abstract:
A vehicle overload alarming method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium. the method comprises: acquiring target image data containing a vehicle to be detected; in the target image data, acquiring identification information of said vehicle; according to the identification information, determining a passenger carrying capacity threshold of said vehicle and the current number of passengers on board; according to the image data, determining whether there is any passenger getting on/off the vehicle; if yes, determining the number of passengers getting on/off the vehicle; updating the current number of passengers on board according to the number of passengers getting on/off; comparing the current number of passengers on board and the passenger carrying capacity threshold; if the current number of passengers on board is greater than the passenger carrying capacity threshold, triggering an overload alarm for said vehicle. By means of the target image data, the passenger carrying capacity threshold of said vehicle and the current number of passengers on board are determined, and if the current number of passengers on board is greater than the passenger carrying capacity threshold, an overload alarm for said vehicle is triggered. The vehicle overload alarm method in the embodiments of the present application can implement an alarm for vehicle overload.
