Abstract:
A hinge reinforcement (4) comprises a hinge attachment reinforcing board (18) and upper and lower hinge reinforcement standing boards (19). The hinge attachment reinforcing board (18) is disposed in a closed cross section between an outer panel projecting section (8) and a pillar inner panel (2) and fixed to a hinge attachment (11), thereby reinforcing the hinge attachment (11). The upper and lower hinge reinforcement standing boards (19) are bent inward in a vehicle width direction from the upper edge and lower edge of the hinge attachment reinforcing board (18), facing each other.
