Abstract:
A vehicle positioning method can be applied to the field of maps, the field of automatic driving, and the field of intelligent transportation. The method comprises: acquiring odometer data of a vehicle in a travelling process (Step 202); according to the odometer data and a first working state of a filter at a first moment, predicting a second working state of the filter at a second moment (Step 204); according to the second working state, predicting position information of the vehicle at the second moment (Step 206); selecting, from candidate road sections of an electronic map, a target road section matching the position information, and determining, in the target road section, matching point information corresponding to the position information (Step 208); and correcting the position information according to the matching point information to obtain positioning information of the vehicle at the second moment, wherein the positioning information and each working state of the filter are defined in a same coordinate system (Step 210).
