Abstract:
A vehicle power conversion device (2) is provided with: a housing (3), in which an electronic component (6) is housed, and an opening (7) is formed; and a cooling device (1). The cooling device (1) is provided with: a base (10), which is a board-like member; and a plurality of heat dissipating sections (20) that are attached to the base (10). A groove having a refrigerant sealed therein is formed inside of the base (10). In the direction in which a first main surface (11) faces the inner side of the housing (3), the base (10) covers the opening (7), and the electronic component (6) is attached to the first main surface (11). The heat dissipating sections (20) are bonded at intervals to a second main surface (12) of the base (10).
