Abstract:
A vehicle power supply device includes a battery (B1) as an accumulation device,
a connection unit (50) for receiving power given from a generator (55) such as
wind power generation device arranged outside the vehicle and fluctuating in
the generation power and charging the accumulation device, and a power conversion
unit operating as a load circuit during operation, detecting a voltage fluctuation
during charge for receiving power from the generator (55), and converting it
into current and voltage appropriate for charging the accumulation device.
The power conversion unit has a first motor generator (MG1), a first inverter
(20), a second motor generator (MG2), a second inverter (30), and a control device
(60) for controlling the first and the second inverter (20, 30) so that power fed
between a first and a second terminal is converted into DC power for supply to the
accumulation device.
