Abstract:
This on-vehicle relay apparatus is provided to the roof of a vehicle, and is provided with: a first connector to which a power line and a communication line provided to one of pillars of the vehicle are connected; a second connector to which a power line and a communication line provided to a pillar different from said pillar are connected; a branch line connector to which power lines and communication lines extending from a plurality of on-vehicle devices provided to the roof are connected; a branch unit that divides a single power line system having the power lines connected to the first and second connectors into respective power lines connected to the branch line connector; and a relay unit that relays data flowing between the communication lines connected to the first and second connectors and the communication lines connected to the branch line connector.
