Abstract:
A vehicle remote assistance system (100) is configured by including a plurality of AD vehicles and a remote assistance device (20). Each of the AD vehicles (10) is provided with a calling unit (12) that outputs a call to the remote assistance device (20). The remote assistance device (20) is provided with an allocation unit (22) that performs scheduling of calls transmitted from the AD vehicles (10) and allocates the calls to a plurality of operators. The calling unit (12) transmits call cancelation to the remote assistance device (20) when a cause of a call is eliminated after the call has been outputted, and the allocation unit (22) cancels call scheduling corresponding to the cancelation transmitted from an AD vehicle (10).
