[Problem] A vehicle seat air conditioning device, wherein a door via which air blowing at a seat is switched between recirculated air or air-conditioned air is of a compact and simple configuration. [Solution] An inlet space (28a) into which flows air blown out from a vehicle interior air conditioning unit (16) for air conditioning of the interior of a vehicle is formed in an inflow space formation part (28) of a vehicle seat air conditioning device. A blower (24) has a suction unit (242a) in which there is formed an air suction port (24a) that communicates with the inflow space, and a blower fan (241) for suctioning in air inside the inflow space via the air suction port and blowing the suctioned air toward the seat. A space communication hole (28b) via which the inflow space and the space inside the vehicle communicate is formed in the inflow space forming part. An opening and closing door, which is provided inside the inflow space forming part, opens and closes the space communication hole. The opening and closing door closes off the space communication hole from the inner side of the inflow space forming part in the action for closing off the space communication hole and is actuated in an opening direction in which the space communication hole is opened by the difference in air pressure determined by subtracting the air pressure inside the inflow space from the air pressure in the vehicle interior.
