Abstract:
A vehicle seat back frame with a fabric integrated therewith according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a fabric-integrated composite material comprising a fabric and a thermoplastic fiber-reinforced composite material coupled to one side of the fabric. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain: a vehicle seat back frame with a fabric integrated therewith, which is light in weight while maintaining rigidity and strength equivalent to a steel frame, is formed integrally with a fabric and thus can exclude post-processes such as coating and covering with a fabric, and due to the fabric integrated therewith, requires no boards to be additionally jointed to the seat back frame and thus can be slimmed; and a method for manufacturing a vehicle seat back frame with a fabric integrated therewith, wherein the seat back frame can be easily and simply manufactured using a fabric-integrated composite material which is obtained by laminating a fabric and a thermoplastic fiber-reinforced composite material.
