A vehicle seat (1) is provided with: a seat cushion (3); a rear cross member (24) within the seat cushion (3); a seat back (4R); and a seat back frame structure (20R) within the seat back (4R). The seat back frame structure has: a lower cross member (30M) forming a lower frame member; a tower member (33) forming a left frame member, the lower part of the tower member (33) being integrated with the lower cross member; and a reverse L-shaped elbow member (34) forming right and upper frame members, the left end of the elbow member (34) being affixed to the front end of the tower member. A first belt component (16) is affixed to the rear cross member, and a second belt component (47) is affixed to a position close to the portion where the tower member and the elbow member are affixed to each other. At least one of a first portion (AR1) including the portion where the lower cross member and the tower member are integrated together, a second portion (AR2) of the elbow member, or a third portion (AR3) including the portion of the rear cross member, to which the first belt component is affixed, is configured to have high rigidity.
