Abstract:
A vehicle seat sliding device (1) includes a lower rail (2), an upper rail (3) supported so as to be slidable relative to the lower rail (2), a lock lever (4) for locking the upper rail (3) to the lower rail (2), a spring (5) that is supported by the upper rail (3) and that urges the lock lever (4), and an operation handle (6) for rotating the lock lever (4). The upper rail (3) is provided with a first through-hole (35) and a second through-hole (36), which are located away from each other in the longitudinal direction of the upper rail (3). The lock lever (4) includes a first engaging part (42) that comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the first through-hole (35), and a second engaging part (43) that comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the second through-hole (36). At least while the lock lever (4) is rotated by the operation handle (6), the first engaging part (42) is locked by the first through-hole (35), and the second engaging part (43) is locked by the second through-hole (36).
