The present invention relates to a vehicle seat track comprising a plate spring member and a locking member. The plate spring member has: a plate spring support portion which is installed in the inner space of an upper rail and is fixed to the bottom surface of the upper side part of the upper rail; a hinge plate portion which extends vertically from the plate spring support portion; and a plate spring end portion which extends from the plate spring support portion and curves downward. The locking member has: a slot plate portion which is coupled to the hinge plate portion so as to ascend and rotate; and a locking-arm plate portion which extends from the slot plate portion and reciprocates between an upper locking location, for locking onto the lower rail side in accordance with the ascent and rotation, and a lower lock-releasing location for releasing the lock. The locking-arm plate portion has the bottom surface thereof pressed by means of the plate spring end portion and thus is maintained at the locking location. Therefore, in the seat track operated by means of the plate spring, the upper rail can be stably locked onto the lower rail and a smooth locking can be achieved.
