Abstract:

[Problem] The present invention provides a vehicle seat with superior design sense without discomfort. [Solution] A vehicle seat comprises: a foam pad (3) having a through hole (30); an outer cover (2) which covers a surface of this pad (3); and a functional component formed from a flexible material, further comprising a tube body (10) which is fitted in the through hole (30) of the pad, and a flange (11) which is formed integrally with the tube body. The vicinity of the circumferential edges of the flange (11) of the function component is sewn to the internal edges of an aperture (20) which is formed in the outer cover (2). With the outer cover (2) covering the pad (3), the tube body (10) is fitted in the through hole (30) of the pad (3), and the flange (11) of the function component is exposed on the outer cover side of the seat.
