Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle seat capable of restraining an armrest from turning with a configuration that is inconspicuous in appearance. The rear edge (7b) of a protruding portion (7) which is configured so as to be capable of restraining the armrest (4) stored in a storage space from turning to the use position is formed on the edge (2a) of a seat back (2) which defines the storage space. The armrest (4) has a pad (4b) and a skin (4c) covering the pad (4b). The pad (4b) is formed with a back edge (5b) that is engageable with the rear edge (7b). The rear edge (7b) of the protruding portion (7) is disposed on the track of the back edge (5b) of a recessed portion (5) when the armrest (4) is turned from the use position to the storage position. The back edge (5b) of the recessed portion (5) is disposed behind the rear edge (7b) of the protruding portion (7) when the armrest (4) is in the storage position.
