Abstract:
This vehicle seat (1), which has a seat cushion (2) and a seatback (3), is provided with: a seatback frame (20) including a pair of left and right side members (24); a side airbag unit (30) mounted on the side members; a seatback pad (21) having a pad-side slit (44), through which an airbag can pass, at a portion facing the side airbag unit; an outer skin material (22) having an outer skin-side slit (51) at a portion corresponding to the pad-side slit; and a holding seat (60) which is coupled to the side member and a portion on the back surface of the seatback pad, said portion corresponding to the side member, and which fixes the position of the seatback pad with respect to the side member.
