Abstract:
Disclosed by the present solution are a vehicle sharing method and a server, the vehicle sharing method comprising: receiving a shared use agreement of a vehicle, the shared use agreement comprising a standardized constraint for in-vehicle occupant information; when detected that a user uses the vehicle, controlling a vehicle-mounted device of the vehicle to collect in-vehicle occupant information; determining whether the in-vehicle occupant information collected by the vehicle-mounted device conforms to the standardized constraint for in-vehicle occupant information in the shared use agreement; if not, sending non-compliance prompt information to a vehicle owner terminal of the vehicle, and handing over authority for controlling the vehicle-mounted device of the vehicle to collect in-vehicle occupant information to the vehicle owner terminal; controlling the vehicle to execute a corresponding operation according to the degree of non-compliance of the in-vehicle occupant information. By employing the embodiment of the present solution, the right to know information for all authorized individuals of a vehicle is ensured, while also ensuring the privacy of users, thus improving the usage efficiency of vehicle sharing.
