Abstract:
Disclosed is a vehicle state monitoring system in which, when a vehicle (2) has not been driven for a reference time period or more, a message is sent to a contact associated with the vehicle identifier of the vehicle (2). The timing for sending said message may be determined on the basis of vehicle information, or the SOC of a battery (23), which is estimated on the basis of the length of the last driving time period that is identified from the vehicle information.
