Abstract:
Provided are a vehicle and a steering unit whereby improved safety can be achieved.
A vehicle 1 is provided with a steering wheel 10 and a touch pad 12 disposed on the steering wheel 10, wherein the vehicle 1, upon detection of a predetermined pressure on the touch pad 12 of the steering wheel 10, enables control of a to-be-controlled device 30 by a gesture on the touch pad 12 of the steering wheel 10, and causes the touch pad 12 to present a tactile sensation in accordance with the gesture on the touch pad 12 of the steering wheel 10.
