Disclosed are a vehicle suspension unit and a mutually connected suspension system, wherein the vehicle suspension unit (1) comprises an outer cylinder (14) and an inner cylinder (13), a piston rod (17) is provided in the outer cylinder (14), an upper end of the piston rod (17) is provided with an inner piston (15), the inner piston is located at the inner cylinder (13); a lower end of the inner cylinder (13) is provided with an annular outer piston (16), the annular outer piston (16) is located in an annular cavity between the outer cylinder (14) and the piston rod (17); and the inner cylinder (13) has an inner cylinder upper oil port (4) and an inner cylinder lower oil port (5), and the outer cylinder (14) has an outer cylinder upper oil port (8) and an outer cylinder lower oil port (9). The vehicle suspension unit (1) can simultaneously provide the functions of elastic support and damping shock-absorption, and multiple vehicle suspension units (1) can form a passive and semi-active mutually connected suspension system.
