The present invention relates to a vehicle transfer apparatus for a parking facility, comprising: a base frame (1); a transporting apparatus (10) which transports the base frame (1); a front frame (2) installed above the front portion of the base frame (1); front lift apparatuses (30) installed at either side of the front frame (2) in order to lift the front driving wheels of a vehicle; a rear frame (3) installed above the rear portion of the base frame (1); a moving apparatus (20) which moves the rear frame (3) in the forward and backward directions on the base frame (1); and rear lifting apparatuses (40) installed at either side of the rear frame (3) to lift the rear driving wheels of the vehicle, thereby improving the functionality and usability of the vehicle transfer apparatus for a parking facility.
