A vehicle transmission apparatus (100), a vehicle drive system, and a vehicle, the vehicle transmission apparatus (100) comprising a deceleration mechanism (1), and the deceleration mechanism (1) comprising: an input gear (11), an output gear ring (13), a first shunting gear group (15), and a second shunting gear group (17), the input gear (11) being adapted to connect to a power source (102), the output gear ring (13) being used for outputting power, the input gear (11), the first shunting gear group (15), and the second shunting gear group (17) all being arranged in the output ring gear (13), the first shunting gear group (15) being engaged with the input gear (11) and the output gear ring (13) and the second shunting gear group (17) being engaged with the input gear (11) and the output gear ring (13), and the input gear (11) being separated from the output gear ring (13).
