Abstract:
A vehicle transmission (1) is provided with: a speed change mechanism (10) having a first engaging device (C1) capable of interrupting and connecting transmission of motive power between an engine (4) and a first input shaft (13) of a first shift position group (11), and a second engaging device (C2) capable of interrupting and connecting transmission of motive power between the engine (4) and a second input shaft (14) of a second shift position group (12); a differential mechanism (20) for connecting a rotary shaft (31) of a rotary machine (30), the first input shaft (13), and the second input shaft (14); and a control device (50). The first shift position group (11) includes a starting position. The control device (50) causes the vehicle to start moving by controlling the rotation of the rotary machine (30) and placing the first engaging device (C1) in an engaged state after placing the second engaging device (C2) in an engaged state in a state in which the engine is operating prior to the start of movement by the vehicle (2), and placing the second engaging device (C2) in a released state during starting of movement of the vehicle (2). Consequently, the vehicle transmission (1) has the effect of enabling enhanced starting performance.
