Abstract:
The present invention converts advertisement value, with respect to a vehicle travel action, into an incentive and returns the incentive to the user. A vehicle travel management server system 30 comprises: a vehicle travel value index area 3230 which stores a vehicle travel value index 323 that includes a vehicle-model condition, a travel condition, and incentive information; a travel history data creation unit 311 which acquires vehicle-model information and travel information about the vehicle; and an incentive calculation applying unit 314 which calculates an incentive to be returned to the user of the vehicle 5 on the basis of the vehicle-model information and the travel information about the vehicle acquired by the travel history data creation unit 311 and the vehicle travel value index stored in the vehicle travel value index area 3230.
