The present invention relates to a vehicle under cover having a reinforced mounting part and a manufacturing method therefor. The under cover is manufactured using a raw material sheet formed by layering a non-woven fabric on an under cover base formed from a lightweight and ultra-lightweight LWRT material. With respect to a reinforcement part for reinforcing the rigidity of a mounting part by surrounding the mounting part or coupling to a base part so as to be adjacent to the mounting part, if a large amount of scrap is leftover when molding the under cover, the reinforcement part is formed from the residual scrap, and if there is a small amount of residual scrap, the reinforcement part is formed separately from the under cover, and thus the manufacturing costs and time of the under cover may be reduced as a result of the reduction of man-hours, the safeness and reliability of the under cover may be enhanced by enabling the weight of the under cover to be reduced and the rigidity thereof to be increased by preventing the reinforcement part from being formed at an unnecessary position, vehicle fuel efficiency may be improved by the reduction in weight, and the convenience of workers may be increased as a result of the convenience in assembly of the under cover due to the increased rigidity thereof.
