Abstract:

According to a vehicle weather strip structure and a manufacturing method of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a vehicle weather strip structure, which is manufactured by including: a seal part having a U-shaped cross section and a sealing function; a coupling member integrally formed with the seal part, and coupled to a flange part of a vehicle; and a core material inserted into the coupling member, comprises: (a) a weather strip manufacturing step of manufacturing the weather strip by extrusion-molding the core material and a thermoplastic elastomer; (b) a pretreatment step of pretreating the surface of the manufactured weather strip; (c) a slip agent application step of applying a slip agent, in which silicone and polyurethane are mixed, on the surface pretreated in the pretreatment step; and (d) a curing step of curing a coating layer on which the slip agent is applied in the slip agent application step. As described above, the effect of the present invention can provide the method for manufacturing the vehicle weather strip structure, the method being capable of improving a sensory quality, a reinforcing property, and wear resistance.
